Weekend Event

So not this weekend but the weekend before me, my boyfriend, and my two girlfriends went out. We all go to the same university and decided to check out some parties for Friday night. The first was a bust and we were all ready to leave as soon as we arrived. We finally found another one near by and headed there. I was going to do a real quick OOTD of my outfit I wore. Almost 100% of it was from FOREVER21 and I will try to recreate it and put some links to create it yourself.
So this is my boyfriend. He is much taller so you couldn't see everything in my outfit but I wore a floral skirt, black tights, black leather boots, white v-neck and a black leather jacket. It was very chilly so thats why I grabbed the jacket and tights. My jewlrey was simple with a black watch, silver necklace and simple earings. Straight hair and pulled my hair back and this was taken on my blackberry so the picture isn't that great but I did a light smokey eye and everything else basic. :)

These are my two girlfriends who went with us as well. We all met freshmen year first semester and have hung out since then. I would have taken more pictures of my outfit before leaving but we left our place in a hurry. I'm going to make some OOTD make up videos since I missed them the past week.

Links to FOREVER21
(if your not into these bold prints, you could do a solid color skirt)
*this isn't the same one i'm wearing but close and a great price*
(if you wear a solid skirt, try a contrasting color v neck. these are cheap at F21)
**I tried to keep everything as low on the price as possible**
Hope you guys enjoyed my OOTD post :)

Mini Blog Haul

First and probably the most exciting... Infiniti by Conair "You Curl"!

I got mine on Wednesday at Ulta. The prices vary place to place but at Ulta it is $39.99 but right now they are on sale for $29.99 which is a GREAT deal. If any of my readers/viewers get the Ulta coupons then you could get a $3.50 - $5.00 so it is even cheaper. I saw this product on meganheartsmakeup and loved the way her hair looked. I didn't go to Ulta for this but when I saw it I changed my mind and bought it ASAP. I have curled my hair with this everyday since. It's gorgeous and people continue to compliment my hair. I am terrible at curling irons but this works miracles on my hair so if you have a need or want for a curling iron, check this baby out!
Also at Ulta I got two new quads. I wanted one for a smokey brown eye and one for a black smokey brown eye but they didn't have both by Maybeline or Loreal so I got two brands. I'm loving these! The Maybeline brown "Enchanted Forest" is perfect for everyday and can easily be converted to a night look quickly.

This is the Black Smokey eye I got and am loving it too. It's fabulous for a smokey eye look when going out. When I have tried smokey eye looks before with black, I ended up looking like I had gotten punched in the face but this doesn't. These both have the charts on the back about where to put each color but I twisted it a bit myself. I have green eyes and both looks made my eye color pop! These range about $2.99 - $4.99 so check them out. For drugstore, these are HIGHLY pigmented. Check out my YouTube in a few days for some looks with these.

Along with those two quads I got a new eyeliner. This is the Covergirl Liquiline Blast and it's somewhat new but I haven't tried it and with my Ulta coupon I grabbed it to try with my eyeshadows. These are all the colors it comes in but I only picked up the black. When I get my next coupon, I am going straight to Ulta for the chocolate brown. Now I don't have a money tree growing in my room and I'm not about to go buy Mac eye coal in Smolder that EVERYBODY talks about for your water line but this....for drugstore, is beyond what I expected. I put this on in the evening before dinner and at 3:00AM when I got back to my place, it was still perfect. Now for the $6.95 I paid for this, I got more than my money's worth. Check this out next time you get an eyeliner.
This is the last item I got at Ulta. These are about $1.00 - $1.99 and for that deal, I'm getting more of these as well and my wallet didn't scream when I got it. This is the Dead Sea Mineral mask. It's only one time use. This you open up and have a soaked mask that you lay on your face for 5-10 min and ohhh it is so relaxing. It gives a cool deep cleansing feeling while you just lay there and relax. There are multiple other types of masks available and I'm going to try them as well. For a girls spa night or just some quick relaxation time, these a great and a deal.

*I did a real quick run in Target and when I was headed to the checkout line I saw something I couldn't leave.*

This is the 32 ELF palette for....ONLY $5.00. I love love love ELF products and these are really pigmented. I have just opened it and swatched these gorgeous colors but the more I use it, I will put up more of a review when I get the real feel of what I do and don't like. If your starting out your make-up collection, this is a great starter.

I put an update video cause I taped some videos but the light quality is awful and ruined all the videos so they have to be redone and I've been sick but as soon as I feel a little better, I will re-tape and make more. Thanks for checking out my blog.

Things I'm Lovin!

Well it's the end of November and I have purchased a few new things and started using some old things after I organized my room and discovered old goodies that I forgot about so I'm going to start!
1. I'm LOVING some grapefruit. It's so yummy and the perfect snack. When ever I'm hungry to munch on a snack I try to eat either fruit or veggies and this has been my "go to snack"
2. I got more of my favorite scent, Warm Vanilla Sugar at Bath&Body and I got the triple moisture lotion and this is heaven!!! It's the best light but comforting scent and I put it on constantly. Especially when I get out of the shower and before I go to bed. For winter, this scent and lotion are a MUST!!!
3. Every 2 weeks I used to go to the nail salon and get either a full set or fill in on the set I already had. That is almost $20 or more every other week which is ridiculous and terrible for my nails. I do love painting my nails and have branching out with colors and such lately but when I was at the drugstore the other day I grabbed a pack of these. Needless to say, 3 days later I was back at the store and bought 3 more packs of these babies. I love these because they last a very long time and are much better for my nails and don't leave any yucky glue behind when they come off. Great for parties or holiday festivities and go on very quick. I would definately check these out if you haven't and it won't break your bank at $5.00 a pack!

I just put up my top 3 for now. I had a problem with my YouTube because it wouldn't upload any of my videos so tonight I sat down very determined and took charge and it's working again. YouTube had a bit of an overload after I put up lots more vids tonight so if you haven't seen them, go check em out and comment or rate them!!

Thanks for the support! Have a great weekend and stay gorgeous!

Midnight Madness!

Well my parents and I got crazy and decided to go out for some Black Friday shopping.
We went to Brandsmart USA and it opened on Thanksgiving night at 12:00.
The madness begin immediately when we pulled into the parking lot.
It was hard to have my pictures turn out cause it was dark and the pictures just do do the justice.
This is the line from the front door. It wrapped around the side of the building but right at 12 they let people in and the line moved pretty quick. For anybody who doesn't know what Brandsmart is, it is a warehouse store with all electronics and such. I wanted a tv and my family needed all sorts of other things so we went.
This is inside and there are people EVERYWHERE but its hard to see and get the whole effect. We grabbed what we wanted quick because stuff was flying off the shelves before our eyes. My dad snagged a buggy and we headed towards the check out line.
This is the most ridiculous part of the night. The line to check out was crazy. But we finally got out after like 30 min so it was not that bad of a trip plus we got some great deals on everything. We didn't go anywhere else except for bed cause it was almost 2 by then. It was a great trip and worth it. The pictures aren't that great cause I took it on my blackberry cause I left my camera at home but oh well. I'm going to put a 2 Hauls and a few more videos this week so keep watching and thanks for the support!
